We are proud to announce that Best 13, Prayers In A Pot, Rise318, Empire Queenz Foundation, Find You Something Safe To Do and Giving Handz have officially united to form the 318 Coalition — a community-driven movement dedicated to creating real change across Shreveport and the surrounding areas.
Together, these nonprofits have formed a circle around the city to ensure that no neighborhood is left behind, no family is forgotten, and no resource goes unavailable.

318 Coalition Mission Statement

We are proud to officially introduce the 318 Coalition, a united alliance formed by dedicated nonprofit organizations including Best 13, Prayers In A Pot, Rise318, EmpireQueenz Foundation, Giving Handz, and Something Safe To Do.

The 318 Coalition was created with one shared vision — to strengthen, uplift, and restore the communities throughout Shreveport and the surrounding areas through unity, outreach, advocacy, and service.

Together, these organizations have formed a circle around our city to ensure that no neighborhood is overlooked, no family is forgotten, and no resource goes unavailable. By combining our strengths, resources, and community-driven missions, we are able to expand our impact and better serve the people who need it most.

Our coalition is committed to:

• Providing support and resources for veterans and single-parent households
